My philosophy
I like companies that recognize the power of emerging web technologies, social integration, programmatic thinking and systematic design, through proven methods, logical workflows and time-tested strategies.
I like companies that reward experimentation, iterative design, trial-and-error, spontaneity and a hard-work ethic. I like trend-setters, not followers. I believe each opportunity we are given is an opportunity to do something progressive and evolving.
I DO NOT like companies that are stuffy, old-guard, represent a rigid mindset in terms of ideation, and prefer to adhere to the status quo, simply to meet a bottom line.
